The Second Thoughts Project aims to promote community and provide support to the residents of Falcon Lodge and any others who wish to make use of its resources.
The project aims to provide low cost quality second hand goods, grants to individuals and groups on the Falcon Lodge Estate as well as information and training.
The project is staffed by members of Sutton Coldfield Baptist Church and the local churches on the Falcon Lodge estate.

The Second Thoughts Community Project which is based on the Falcon Lodge Estate and sells second hand goods at low prices to make them as accessible to as many people as possible. |

Falcon Lodge Community Directory was created by Second Thoughts to promote community activities and business.
The Information Station gives out information and arranges experts to visit the shop to inform and promote their work.
2nds Out was our summer event which enabled us to get out into the community and meet many more people. |
