Sutton Coldfield Baptist Church offers a series of small groups which meet during the week, enabling each member to be committed to a small group of people, thus creating small communities that enable God to be heard. We are a large Church with small groups, but seek to be a large Church of small groups.

Our house groups are places where encouragement and practical care be given and received and where service to the wider community can be done together.  Our Small Groups are trying to be communities that make Sense of life, where real wisdom for everyday life can be received; they are not to be places of arid knowledge, but places of relevance to daily living at work and in leisure.  They are to be groups that encourage togetherness, i.e. honest, sustaining relationships throughout the week.  They are to be communities that share the love of Jesus, i.e. that model and share the grace, mercy and compassion of Jesus to all within and without the group.

There are a number of established House Groups which meet throughout the week in locations including Sutton Coldfield, Boldmere, Walmley, Four Oaks. There are groups that meet in the day as well as in the evening.

If you would like more information about finding a suitable small group for you, please ask at the Information Desk, call the Church Office or complete the enquiry form the right hand side of this page.
