With the help of a booklet and expert guidance at each session, you’ll be able to sort out your feelings when you’re fed up, worried or hopeless and you’ll learn skills that help you tackle problems in your life.
You’ll also meet new people and have a lot of fun!
Living Life to the Full is a guided self-help course that uses the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help relieve depression and reduce anxiety. Each session is moderated by trained presenters, however it should be noted that this is an educational resource, and not a clinical intervention.
