We are seeking to appoint a full-time Associate Minister to join our staff team of 12; part of the role is a 15 hour per week secondment to support our partner church, Falcon Lodge Chapel. The rest of the week with Sutton Coldfield Baptist Church. We’re looking for someone primarily to develop renewed outreach to young families at Falcon Lodge Chapel, and to undertake teaching and preaching, pastoral visiting across the two churches.
