Children & Families Worker

We are currently seeking to appoint a Children & Families worker to lead, develop and oversee ministry to families and under 11’s at Sutton Coldfield Baptist Church.

Role Summary
To provide leadership, development, strategic oversight and vision for the church’s ministry and mission to families and children under the age of 11.

Hours
Up to 40 hours per week including including Sundays, evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Salary
£25,644.10 – £29,005.34 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Salary listed is based on 40 hours per week.
A relocation package is available for this role.

Contract
The contract will be permanent, and a probationary period of 6 months will be applicable.

Youth Worker

We are currently seeking to appoint a Youth Worker to work with young people aged 11 to 18.

Working with 11 to 18 year olds; providing activities, pastoral care, discipleship teaching and evangelistic initiative.​
